Sharon Parsons - Chairperson
Dr. Sharon Parsons is the owner of Dental Associates, located at 2862 E. Main St. She practices with her son, Dr. Michael Herman and also Dr. Kevin Lydic. Dr. Parsons is a past President of the Ohio Dental Association and is active in many professional organizations. She also runs a non-profit organization, A Voice For Sean that champions the prevention of opioid addiction through education and advocacy. She is passionate about this topic since she lost her older son, Sean, to an opioid overdose. Dr. Parsons is also passionate about the East Main Street corridor, envisioning this to be a wonderful place for people to live and work into the future.

Kelly DeMiglio - Treasurer
Kelly is an accountant for a non-profit real estate developer, Ohio Community Development Finance Fund, Inc. She worked as an auditor prior to this, with clients mostly in the affordable housing industry. She obtained her master’s in accounting from Kent State University in 2014 and her CPA license in 2017. She also serves as the treasurer on the South Eastmoor Civic Association and as the East Main St. SID representative to the Mideast Area Commission. She lives in the South Eastmoor neighborhood with her husband and their “fur children”. One of her favorite activities is to walk her dog to Grain + Grape on East Main Street.

David Ornstein - Vice Chairperson
David is the managing member and owner of Pfeifer-Ornstein Insurance Agency and Insurance-Quotes.net, located in the Special Improvement District at 3291 E Main St. Pfeifer-Ornstein Insurance was established in 1974 and David has been with the agency since 1992 and the owner since 2000. David is known for being fun and a lover of travel and music. David lives in Bexley and is the happy husband of Michelle and the more than proud father of Benjamin. David is passionate about improving the East Main St. Special Improvement District and looks forward to increased property values!

David Levy - Secretary
David is the manager of Epstein Memorial Chapel, a business located in the Special Improvement District. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and has worked with the Epstein Family since 2000. He currently resides in Bexley. David feels that giving back to the community is one of his top priorities, leading him to volunteer in many local organizations.
